This is so not the time to consider studying (<--- only been at work for 8 months) and Derby is too damn far away to do part-time, but this course looks very attractive to me. Found out about it from Metro today, they're staging women-only taster days in the summer because so far no woman has applied at all. *blink* And look! This course doesn't go into programming much~ programming screws my brain, I couldn't even do Fortran or Maple properly XD

But I suppose 4 or 5 years for a games computing degree (and only a BSc!) isn't such a good deal... =/ I should go do something more local and easier to manage, like learn a musical instrucment or something =/

the problem with gaming programmign skills are not really transferrable out of the industry. i heard that people don't take you seriously if you go into the gaming industry. while it is fun, you kinda have to stay there ^^
