Honestly, I could not say.

A-Keep & ANBU have a better track record as fansubbers than AnimeForever...

Personally, I'm pretty happy with AK/ANBU version... and they are fast with this anime (and they have fast bots if you prefer going the IRC way).

BTW... Checking their download stats? Seems that about twice as many go for AK/ANBU's version...

That'll be reason enough for me to change then ^^ It'll be easier to communicate with fellow fans (AF-F says "National Certified Alchemist", and whilst that is a more accurate translation, AK's "State Alchemist" makes it a lot simpler...)
