Got email the other day... someone asking if there will be more to [Blinded], and if it's going to be yaoi later. I replied saying that it's gonna be more shounen-ai, but not yaoi.

Got a reply, asking "what is shounen-ai?"

You know, I myself have lots of problems remembering all those names & distinctions, aka shoujo, shounen ai, yaoi (well, not that one ^_~), yuri, etc.

It might be that the person is new to fanfiction and therefore have never seen those words... or like me is an old foggy and her brain stopped learning new languages after 2 ^_^

Why not just reply by sending her to the Aestheticm link I sent you a few days ago, about yaoi/slash difference?

I just emailed back with a brief explanation... I'm the type who tries to find answers before asking people things (in case I sound like an idiot ^^")... so it just irks me when people don't even try to think or look for answers before they ask questions ^^"

I find it so funny how people know what YAOI is and don't have a clue about shounen-ai! Does that means people are more perverted? *giggles* I'm in a weird mood...
