This may be very very strange, but notice how Window's default pointer points from the right side? Now that I'm using mouse left-handed, it doesn't feel right. I want the pointer to flip and point from the left side. ^^""" But Windows doesn't have that option. Must I download a new set of pointers? ^^"""

Want to write fic, but want to be in bed, therefore taking notebook to bed.

[livejournal.com profile] vicky_guu_sama or [livejournal.com profile] yoshi_6_6, would you have any idea how the notebook computers prices compare between HK and UK? UK is more expensive by about how many %, would you say?

first of all, u have to mark up the VAT.
other than that, i think the price can range from 10 to 30 or 40% more expensive in the UK.
depends where u buy it.

Considering ordering notebook comp from Dell through company purchase scheme. No VAT, additional 7% discount, also money is deducted over one year from payroll so saves on NI and tax. Do you think it'll work out to be a good deal? If not I'll try to buy it when I go back to HK in February, I just don't really want to given I only have a week I don't want to spend a day looking for notebook...

I am not sure about the exact price in HK. But dell does sell laptop online to hk customers. U can probably compare the price difference and decide.
