THAT PIC (spoilers for Genius 248)
[edit] I got Reindeer!Atobe plush today (and other stuff, including Seigaku uniform O_O) from my sister. I am one happy fangirl. All my plushes are playing rather happily together.
Photos for the photo meme will come tomorrow - I'm going on the corporate induction (about time!) tomorrow, so will be back home earlier than usual =D

You know, I'm almost tempted to ask you to explain this odd fascination of yours to me...

My Hiyoshi rather idolizes him, which was disturbing to realize, until I considered it. Tezuka is everything Hiyoshi would like to be yet so often fails so miserably at. X3 He's certainly a better buchou role-model than Atobe!
Personally, the Tez doesn't float my boat ... I suspect it's because I'm just not willing to dig deeper than what lies on the surface, and on the surface he is such a very boring thing. =p Stoic and perfect has never really done it for me. *much prefers his bitchy little power-hungry boy who aims a bit too high*

Hiyoshi seems a bit... mental to me (?) Although that isn't a bad thing, his genkokujyo attitude (which I can't spell) annoys me a bit. He seems to lack team spirit and yet wants to get to the top of the club, that also bothers me... all this makes him interesting, but I just can't love him :x
Tez-the-Toast is very boring. But bah, I love the pretty, charismatic type (therefore I also like Atobe, Sanada, Yukimura, Mizuki...) It's a sad thing really XD

Rue: ... I like Atobe. XD
Mental is a good word for it. X3 I adore Hiyo because he veers to such extremes -- and because he obviously tries so hard, yet fails anyway.
Tezuka ... well, the way Hiyo sees him makes it a bit easier for me to understand why other people like him. Beyond the looks and the glinty glasses -- he's very strong; he's stoic, and does not often reveal what lies behind that mask, again an indication of strength/invincibility -- he commands respect. He's admired despite being easily irritated. He's the epitome of the one on top, to Hiyo, without the stupid overly-excessive flash that Atobe indulges in.
Unfortunately, Hiyo is totally unable to fetter his own passion and oversensitivity to others. =p He envies Tezuka's ability to let things roll off his back and continue onward calmly towards a goal.
(... Hiyoshi ... seems to crush on those who can kick his butt. despite never playing Tezuka, well ... )
I could never like Tezuka from the inside, I think. He's a character I would have to write about from an outside viewpoint.
