And so feeder!Tez posted yet again. (yes, again, just now) Why does nobody shut him up?

Today on the train I started writing Chapter 1 Side N of [Strange Relationship]. Looks like NaNoWriMo will never get done. Anyway, for this chapter, I've come to a point where I asked myself "Do I really want that to happen?". Well it was more like "Okay, that makes sense to me but I don't think anyone else will agree (seriously, even my regular readers), so should I still write it that way?"

It's not a major point, just something that Niou did in the past, involving Yukimura. And even if I don't say it had happened, the story would be totally unaffected... just like in Chapter 1 Side Y where I said Sanada had rescued a boy who looked just like Kirihara. Affects nothing at all really. Well sort of.

So, something unessential to the plot. Should I write it or should I not, that's the question.

I need a Yukimura icon.

...Well. It all comes down to are you writing it for your satisfaction in the story, or is having your readers pleased more important?

(That isn't coming across right no matter how I phrase it. Ack. I mean -- are you going to feel dissatisfied with the story if you leave it out to appeal to your readers more?)
