I wish it's weekend again
The Coscraft Blog - this is what I finally made using Wordpress. It's not the most sophisticated thing ever, but it serves its purpose. :) It's for announcing/reporting events and tutorials, and it's linked to the Coscraft shop, as you'd expect.
Scott Pilgrim (film) was fun. Insufficient in places, but forgivable. And Odeon gave us some 2 for 1 vouchers for September. Haven't got anything I particularly want to see, but Salt might be entertaining. Or maybe Inception again if they're still showing it? Or the special edition of Avatar... not sure what else is/will be on.
Apart from going to the cinema, last weekend was full of food, cosplay-related shopping, painting, gluing stuff together, flopping, all the good stuff. Monday was a bit of a failure because hardly anything was open, but oh well.
One of the things I've made:
Plus lots of other stuff. Some of the progress has been recorded at the journal tab on this page.
It's going to be Oscar's (my nephew) first birthday soon. This probably means I should do some baby/kid-stuff shopping *pulls face*. I'd sew him an outfit but he grows so fast. Also need to brainstorm with my sister on what to do with Mum. She isn't really healthy enough to fly longhaul, but she really - obsessively - wants to see the kid on his birthday. But getting my sister and Oscar to fly to Mum isn't logistically good either.
