Yesterday we watched a lot of Utena (from the middle of the Black Rose Saga to the beginning of Akio & Touga's "let's strip in the car mwahahaha"), about 10 eps of Terra E (many, many Soldier Blue and Keith Onion jokes) and the first ep of Black Lagoon (which didn't seem to be my type of thing, but I was getting tired). We also introduced

dystopiarcadia to Infernal Affairs. All in all, a productive day.

Went to bed at 11. This morning I could hardly get out of bed. I blame this on age. AND THE FACT THAT LIZ PUNCHED ME.

eolo, sorry I'm at work and can't use email. If you have anything more about the Manchester weekend, could you let me know asap? It might very neatly fit into a site visit I have to go on!

Nah, I was not convinced Black Lagoon was rly a Pez sort of thing. *laugh*

The characters aren't particularly appealing so far. =/ And Dutch looks like a rip-off of Umibozu from City Hunter (also an ex-mercenary who fought in a war). =_=

I'll be in Manchester from May 9th to May 19th, the best weekend is the one right after (10th and 11th).

What is your schedule? We can work our way around it.

That'd be perfect! I need to be in Stockport on Monday morning, and that's about 10 minutes from Manchester by train. If I could stay till Monday morning (?), it means I won't need to wake up at wee hours on Monday to take 2.5hr train up there, and just go from Manchester instead.
