It will depend on people layouts... but when you increase the size of a font too much, it's always better to try to increase the line height by default so that it will be good on all layouts.
For me presently? I have NO clue what the thing says as both top & bottom of the letters are gone ^_^

Next time, try to increase line height so your marquee text is fully visible...
Like this: (marquee style='font-size:24pt;line-height:150%')TEST(/marquee)
