Cosplay
To talk about something more cheerful. Cosplay!
It's quite fun, really. It's not to fulfill the desire to be someone else, but to dress up and muck about and act like an idiot. (There's this plan involving coloured, patterned toe socks for Hitsugaya and Matsumoto...) Plus I like making stuff. Sewing and making armour and guns out of carboard and plastic. Of course I whine and cry while making them, but you know...
Anyway, Bleach is still in the works because of various delays. I quite want to try making Lelouche next, though I have no idea how to make that helmet - saw an extremely awesome cosplay of him at Comiket, but I think that was professionally made. =_= May have to do without a helmet.
I also want to make Kuroro's outfit. I won't ever look the part, but his jacket is so cool *_*
And then I really need to think about cosplaying more cheerful characters. XD; I don't read/watch enough series to know many characters, though. Could do games... but I can't be Vaan because he doesn't wear a shirt, I don't like Ashe, and hate Penelo's outfit. And I sure as hell will not and cannot be Fran. And Larsa isn't cheerful. Can't think of other games.

I think I need to get a contact lenses eye test. All the decent colour lenses require a prescription.

...Kuroro's coat is just. so. awesome. :D Totally needs to be done. (And ok, I so couldn't cosplay any of the interesting characters from HxH. :D;;;; ETERNAL PROBLEM. So not built for this. *amused*)
