At least, by the time it's discovered, it'd have spread to both balls and he'll have to lose both. And it'll be all your fault because you wouldn't let him find out how to check for ball cancer.

(Anyway, I thought traditionally only members of Seigaku died of cancer. Rikkai get murdered. Or hit by cars, possibly. Violent death, anyway.)
