Insitution of Civil Engineers, document ICE2001 (rev A) "Routes to Membership - Chartered Civil Engineer", paragraph 5.2:
5.2 At the CPR, you must show, through you DAP and PDR, that you have achieved continuing education and training, at a minimum average of 5 days per year, and a total of at least 30 days during the period of your IPD. You must achieve at least 15 days continuing education and training before your TR or CA, and these must include formal training related to the Core Objectives P5, E7 and M6 (see ICE 2011 Rev A for further details).
