Well, really, there is also such a thing as too much in the way of boobs with many corsets. XD As ever, that mythical middle ground is needed. I am ploughing through my reading pile pretty fast now too. I'm not feeling ever so engaged with fandom at the moment at all, which is probably why. (And it is still only possible to spend so many hours per day jobhunting before complete insanity arrives, seriously. Especially when however hard you look there ARE only about five jobs to be had.
